My information is being sent to the mortgage underwriters but, I have had to withdraw some funds from my bank account. The bank statement they have is current. Will they call my bank to verify funds even though they have bank statements and I haven’t provided a telephone number?

So we still have to pay the deficiency? Seems like the bank is being paid twice? With our bk, they want to liquidate the small amount of stock and our vehicles. Or does the PMI insurance step in afterwards for the bank?Submited by:Mary B

I put a bid down for a short sale, pre-foreclosed house 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard a response from the seller’s bank yet. The seller’s relator doesn’t have any answers for me. He does tell me that there was one other offer placed 2 1/2 months ago, but hasn’t heard whether the bank accepts that offer!!!! My offer was slightly more than their asking price, so I know it was reasonable. Please give me some advise regarding how long I should wait to hear if they accepted my bid. Does it usually take this long? Anyone have any experience buying a short sale house?

I dont know if im asking correctly, my niece is moving to my sister’s home which she was unable to continue paying for ( she bought the house 3 years ago). My sister already move away to another state and left the house for foreclosure or for the bank to take since she can no longer pay and told my niece that she could move in until the bank takes it away. But our question is how long until the bank takes over the house physically? since she haven’t pay for 3 months? Thanks for your answers.Submited by:timbalita
